Roger is licensed to practice law before all Texas state courts, as well as the United States Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second, Fourth, Fifth, Ninth, and Eleventh Circuits, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas.
Before founding Alexander Dubose Jones & Townsend LLP, Roger Townsend began his law career by handling about 30 trial cases to a jury verdict and then both establishing and leading the appellate group as a partner in the Litigation Department of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P.
